Organizational Structure
President
The President is the chief administrative head of the Panchayat. The President leads the development activities and administrative functions of the Panchayat.
Vice President
The Vice President assists in the administrative activities of the Panchayat and performs the administrative duties in the absence of the President.
Standing Committees are committees responsible for overseeing development, finance, health and education activities of the Panchayat.
Development Standing Committee
Implements development projects of the Panchayat. Focuses on public welfare and infrastructure development.
Finance Standing Committee
Responsible for monitoring and controlling the revenue and expenditure of the Panchayat.
Health & Education Standing Committee
Responsible for overseeing health and education activities of the Panchayat.
Welfare Standing Committee
Responsible for implementing public welfare schemes.
Focuses on social security and welfare activities.
Other Sub-Committees
Formed for activities in specific areas.
Provides support for various Panchayat projects.
